General Assembly and October 22, 2025 Magnetic Materials Industry Summit Forum was successfully held in the "magnetic capital" Dongyang Hengdian. The event was jointly organized by China Electronic Components Industry Association Magnetic Materials and Devices Branch, Zhejiang Magnetic Materials Industry Association, Dongyang City Magnetic Materials Industry Association, bringing together more than two hundred representatives of government departments, academic institutions, industry associations and key enterprises, such as JiuJi industry backbone enterprises were invited to attend, and to discuss new opportunities for industrial development.
The meeting considered and passed the work report and financial report of the council, the election was completed in an orderly manner, and the new council and leadership team were formally produced. Among them, Ren Hailiang, Chairman of Hengdian Dongmagnet, was elected as Chairman of Magnetic Materials and Devices Branch of China Electronic Components Industry Association and Chairman of Magnetic Materials Industry Association of Zhejiang Province, Li Shiqing, General Manager of Yingluohua Magnetics, was appointed as Chairman of Magnetic Materials Industry Association of Dongyang City, and Wang Yue, Director of Hengdian Dongmagnet, was nominated to be the Secretary-General of the "Three Associations".
Ren Hailiang, in his speech on his duties, expressed his sincere gratitude to the support and trust given to the people from all walks of life and the hard work of the previous director, and paid high respect to the leaders, experts and practitioners who provide assistance to the development of the industry. He said that the association will focus on two core tasks: one is to build an efficient communication bridge between enterprises and the government to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry; the other is to promote exchanges and cooperation among enterprises, and help member enterprises to improve quality, increase efficiency, and develop and grow. At the same time, he put forward suggestions in combination with the practical cases of JiuJu and other enterprises in the differentiated development: leading the high-quality development with differentiated strategy, advancing the industrial expansion steadily; deepening the upstream and downstream synergy of the industry chain, exploring the path of peer M&A and restructuring; strengthening the exchange of overseas investment and exploring the market collaboratively; and laying out the new technologies and applications to expand the space for the development of the industry.
Li Shiqing shared the development opportunities of magnetic material industry and Dongyang's regional competitive advantages. He revealed that Dongyang Magnetic Association will focus on promoting three tasks: building a technological innovation platform to help enterprises break through technological bottlenecks; building a market docking mechanism to strengthen the supply and demand linkage with downstream leading enterprises; and perfecting the industry's service system to provide more accurate targeting services for member enterprises such as JiuJu. Ge Jian, Vice Mayor of Dongyang City Government, and Zheng Zhiling, Deputy Director of Policy and Regulations Department of Zhejiang Province Economic and Information Bureau, came to the meeting to congratulate and make a speech. They said that they will continue to pay attention to and support the work of the Association, and hope that the Association will give full play to its role as a bridge to promote multi-directional exchanges between the government, enterprises and the Association, and promote the high-quality development of the industry.
In the afternoon session of the Summit Forum, industry experts brought a wonderful sharing. China Electronic Components Industry Association executive vice president Gu Qun, Professor Wang Dunhui and other experts in the industry, respectively, around the analysis of the industry's operating situation, the direction of magnetic product technology innovation, material application development trend and other topics for the report, including JiuJu and the participating enterprises to provide a forward-looking insight and practical operation ideas. From the "magnetic capital" to start again, the future of China's magnetic materials industry is worth looking forward to the future picture of the development prospects.
