In the mass production of new energy motors, the assembly of multi-pole magnets has always been a core challenge for the industry to overcome. New energy motors have extremely high requirements for the polarity accuracy and positional precision of magnets. Once the assembly deviation exceeds 0.05mm, it may lead to fluctuations in motor torque and increased operating noise, which in turn affects the overall performance of the motor. However, in mass production scenarios, companies must ensure efficient assembly progress, traditional magnets are limited by the lack of structural adaptability, positioning accuracy is limited, often unable to balance the "high-speed assembly" and "high precision requirements", into a difficult balance between efficiency and quality. JiuJi multi-pole magnets provide a practical and effective solution to this problem through targeted technical optimization.
Structural Design Dimension
JiuJi multi-pole magnets are innovatively designed with the double optimization of "pre-located tab + arc shape fit". The pre-positioned tabs with an accuracy of 0.1mm are specially set on the outer side of the magnets, which can be accurately embedded in the slots of the motor core, eliminating the need to repeatedly calibrate manually and significantly reducing the time consuming assembly adjustments; at the same time, the curved surface of the magnets and the inner wall of the core have a high degree of fit of 99%, which not only effectively reduces the assembly gap, but also allows the magnets to enter the slots quickly with the guiding effect of the tabs. Compared with traditional products, the assembly time of a single magnet is compressed from 8 seconds to 2 seconds, which significantly improves the assembly efficiency.
Process technology level
At the process end, JUJI adopts the combination of "zoned magnetization + laser marking" technology. The zoned magnetization process can strictly control the error of magnetic field strength of each pole of the magnet within ±2%, avoiding fluctuation of motor performance after assembly due to uneven magnetic properties of the magnet; the laser marking technology will clearly mark the polarity and model information on the surface of the magnet, which, together with the visual recognition system of the assembly line, can realize "one-second recognition and accurate alignment! ". This process combination reduces the polarity misassembly rate from the traditional 3% to below 0.1%, which strongly guarantees the assembly precision.
Dimensions of Adaptability Advantage
JiuJi multi-pole magnets also have excellent adaptability. For new energy motors with different power specifications, the number of magnet poles can be flexibly adjusted, covering the range of 8 poles to 24 poles, and the size can be adapted according to the needs. What's more, when changing the magnet type, there is no need to change the core parameters of the assembly line, and it only needs to match the corresponding positioning fixtures, so the changeover time is greatly compressed from the original 40 minutes to 5 minutes. This advantage can fully meet the needs of mass production of multi-category motors, and has successfully opened up a key pathway for the mass production of new energy motors to synergistically promote "high-speed assembly" and "high-precision requirements".
