JIUJU has developed comprehensive solutions around magnetic material processing, covering magnetization, demagnetization, testing, and automation support. Our magnetization equipment is compatible with a variety of magnetic materials, including NdFeB, ferrite, and SmCo, supporting single-pole, multi-pole, and overall magnetization needs. Custom fixtures, coils, and automated loading/unloading modules can be designed according to customer processes. The lab features advanced magnetization platforms, magnetic measurement instruments, and environmental simulators, supporting R&D in constant-current and pulse magnetization while precisely testing efficiency and field uniformity to ensure reliable equipment performance.
The lab has resolved over 30 magnetization challenges, developing equipment capable of thickness, radial, and multi-stage magnetization. Its solutions serve speaker magnets, motor rotors, and sensor cores, meeting high-performance demands—especially excelling in motor magnetization applications.
